About Us

Brigit has over a decade of executive recruiting experience across a variety of industries including human resources, manufacturing, sales and marketing, engineering, and technology. She currently works for a leading global provider of resume writing and career consulting services as a senior resume writer and career coach. Brigit holds an M.A. in Organizational Leadership and Certificate in Higher Education Leadership from Lewis University. She is a Certified Professional Resume Writer (CPRW) and is an active member in the Professional Association of Resume Writers and Career Coaches (PARWCC). 

Brigit serves as Navigator for Hire Autism where she assists neurodiverse individuals with their resume, job search, and interview preparation. Additionally, she also serves as a Resume Coach for Women in Technology Sales (WITS).

  My inspiration for Creative Career Services comes from over a decade of strategic executive recruiting experience, a passion for helping others achieve success, and a lifetime love of writing. I view the resume writing process as an iterative process in which collaboration and communication are fundamental to an outstanding final product. 

My experience includes working with diverse professionals from entry-level and mid-management/rising professionals, to director level and C-suite executives across various stages of their careers. I especially enjoy assisting others through career transitions and periods of uncertainty.  Through employing a strengths-based approach, I showcase key achievements, marketable skills, and leadership acumen, effectively demonstrating business value.  I specialize in helping job seekers sustain their motivation and engagement throughout the job search process by seeking out roles that align with their values and vision.

My philosophy combines the insights I have gleaned as a CPRW (Certified Professional Resume Writer), my education in leadership, and a steadfast commitment to excellence—all viewed through the lens of an executive recruiter. The result is a resume that garners the attention of hiring managers, secures interviews quickly in a competitive market, and the energy to sustain an optimistic and productive job search.
